悪質ゲストが虚偽のクレームで返金をせしめるケースについてエアビに意見しました

ケース① 勝手に部屋の家具を移動して部屋を狭く見える様にした写真を撮ってエアビにクレーム。利用代金を無料にして返金をせしめた ケース② ゲストが自分で部屋の窓を開けっ放しにして入れたにも関わらず、部屋に虫(蚊)が居て汚いとクレームして返金をせしめた。

@Airbnb I heard some case host are forced to make refund just because guest made false accusation,and you made that decision without hearing

@Airbnb from hosts.Case#1 is guest moved furniture without hosts consent so that it looks narrower than pics on listing page.
