Counter argument I’m seeing is they didn’t empty them often so they were full but that’s no excuse to trash the ground around it

@aevanko Not bothering collecting at the right times in combination with public trash disposals being rare creates this issue. They are not really solving something here but rather circumventing it. Which probably makes sense from their side but not the public me thinks.

@aevanko If there's more garbage than there is bin space, shouldn't they instead introduce more bins for people to throw garbage out?
