Whilst it's much easier to play the Pick and Roll when your non-screening big can shoot the ball, what happens if he/she can't? Here's another example from @BasketballCL team, @JerusalemBasket. You can see the non-screening big works in tandem with the screening big - he cuts along the baseline as the Mid PNR occurs. This opens up the pocket for @Amareisreal to roll into. pic.twitter.com/G4uXI0iAdp

In this example, the defender of the non-screening big helps on the roller, opening up an easy dump pass for a dunk. Great read from @taethomas35 (non screening big) to anticipate the re-screen coming back his way (since the guard on the ball went under first PNR) and stay put. pic.twitter.com/h4zIrEL2od

The guard playing the PNR also has the option to pass directly to the non-screening big who is hiding in the short corner if the defence makes a mistake. You can also 'short' the PNR if you are playing with an open side (corner empty). See this clip from @JerusalemBasket. The screen is placed on the slot one side with all shooters spaced on other side. Non-screening big circles to the ballside during the PNR again. pic.twitter.com/yLSeCN8IpB
