In addition many Koreans acknowledge and regret it. we have built monuments to apologize in Vietnam and provided economic support and is still doing it. Japan still denies past mistakes. History is not erased. That is the difference between Korea and Japan.

@yukichidrive @suteko15 @PSV The Korean government keeps apologizing but it is the Vietnamese government that refuses. Because the winner in the Vietnam War is Vietnam, so they think there is no reason to be apologized. But NGOs are created to exchange at the civilian society. Korea is different from Japan.

@yukichidrive @suteko15 @PSV It's stated in US secret documents that it's not a reparation but a political back deal. Even if it's recognized as an intergovernmental treaty. Apology and responsibility for the victim remain. That's what the Japanese government of the past said and Japanese lawyers say same.
