翻訳せよじゃなく「論旨」を要約せよという問題でなおかつ法学部の試験…。マジキチというのも納得です。10代で筆者の意図をそこまで読み取れるか?翻訳を要約出来ただけでもおっしゃるように受かったテストかと。 蛇足承知だけどリプが上からand/or喧嘩腰に見えてしまう…。

nikonikoboshi 当時の記録を見ると、論文試験(三時間)と口頭試問(二次)がありました。「AOは学力軽視」としたり顔で言ってる人は、実際の上位国立の問題を見たことがないでしょうね。
