感染経路に空気があるかどうか議論する前に、最初からよく分からない内はSARSに準ずる対策というのが常識的な感覚ではないのか。病院感染対策ガイドラインは空気予防策と明記してあるし、臨床的には2007年のCDCの感染予防ガイドラインにあるaerosol transmissionの説明で十分だったはず pic.twitter.com/Sbu5ZixkNA

@zzz_as_zzz どこかで見た記憶があったんですが、これICRPだったんですね。放射性エアロゾルの吸入暴露の評価に使ってるんでしょうか。 エアロゾル吸入についての研究は感染症より労働衛生の分野の方が進んでそう。

インフルと比べて患者の上気道からのウイルス排出量が少なく、エアロゾル化した小粒子の吸入のような効率の良い伝播様式ではないと感染しにくい。のが新型コロナの異質性を生み出してるのではないかと思うんだけど、そういう説はあんまり見ない
