@bdroombloodlust @Gold19468080 As for furry/cub, I genuinely cannot say as I don't think this has appeared in court. However, loli/shota has in cases Whorely and Dean, and they were not able to get their verdict on the material overturned on account of the child pornography being fictional.

Dean have all tried to rule the PROTECT act as unconstitutional in regards to fictional child pornography; all of their arguments have been rejected and their fictional child porn collections have been tried under obscenity.
