では、普天間についてはどうか。事実、上述したような変化する戦略的コンテクストでいえば、基地の存在はもはや正当化できない。日米いずれの戦略的ビジョンの変化にもフィットしない。今日に至るまで、いずれもこの現実を認めようとしなかった。海兵隊を撤退させるこの行動こそ、言葉以上に雄弁だといえよう。
