Firmware 3.36 patches the ability to rename the /PSP/, /GAME/ or any games folder. This pretty much prevents you from creating new Bubbles.

anyone have any luck yet with sign_np? works just fine on the PSP (OFW), but just boots back to live area on the Vita.

Bubbles can be created on 3.36, just like they could be created on 3.35 :) Firmware 3.36 was a failure of Sony :D
