ヘイトスピーチ規制が社会的アジェンダに急浮上

２０１３年に入ってますます酷くなった在特会系デモのヘイトスピーチ（ジェノサイド・民族浄化の扇動を含む）と、それに対するカウンターの動きの活発化を背景に、ヘイトスピーチ規制問題がついに広く議論されるようになりつつあります。主な報道をまとめました。
