@kmett I thought the knowledge of Category theory you have enpowers your code, though the basic motivation is you need generalized tool.

@taketon_ Exactly. =) Category theory is just a great source of generalized tools that people have been using in many domains for ~60 years.

@taketon_ Awodey's CT book is a good balance. Mac Lane's is great but dense! Lawvere and Schanuel's book is good for drill if not for depth.
