ロシア共産党、都会だと人気全くなしだが、ジジババしかいない農村ではめちゃくちゃ支持されているし、政党ごとに違うロシアの姿がある。ナワリヌイだけを見れば都会の反動的な若者のロシアしか見えてこないだろうな。

憲法改正の手続きとしては関連条文ごとに国民投票をするので、たとえば自民党の改憲草案が丸っと提案されて「賛成か反対か」なんてことにはならないんですよ。あの草案の通りに改憲するには何度国民投票をやらなくてはならないことか
