First and foremost: Everybody needs to pre-purchase a ticket. No entry without a ticket and there will be no way to buy a ticket directly at Tokyo Big Sight. Don’t forget your paper ticket (Ticket Pay) or QR code (e+) and a matching ID. If you forget it, we can’t help you

For protection against COVID, your body temperature will be checked at the Admission Gate. If above 37.5C/99.5F, you will not be able to enter and there will be no refund of the ticket. Masks must be worn at all times indoor. Wash your hands regularly. Avoid crowding and shouting

It is expected to be bloody cold. You will likely be standing in line for some time outside (esp. East Admission). Please come prepared in proper clothing. If necessary First Aid can be found in E4 Hall, S1 Hall 2F and the Conference Tower.

Do NOT come or go in cosplay. All Cosplayers must change at the Changing Rooms, which require advance tickets, due to limited room to avoid overcrowding in COVID times. Japanese society does not yet accept traveling in Cosplay, and doing so might endanger continuing of the event

Please use public transportation via the Yurikamome Line U11, U12 stations and Rinkai Line R03 stations. Do NOT come by car, bike or bicycle, as there is no parking available in the surrounding. We recommend not to use U11 station if going to East Admission. That’s a large detour

If you need any help at Comic Market, Internatioal Desks can be found at the West Atrium, and on 2F of East 1 Hall near the Connecting Bridge. We have volunteers speaking English, Chinese and Korean. We will also be at the Admission Gates in the morning pic.twitter.com/BdCd6R2YEB

Staff speaking only Japanese will try to help you as well. We are all Otaku so we should be able to understand a lot of each other’s words and names of works😎 However, if not, they can call the International Desk hotline (staff only) and we will try to help you over the phone

Please remember, this is a 90,000 participats per day event, run by 3,000 volunteers. Being a staff is one form of participanting. There will be restrictions and inconveniences, but they are usually necessary reasons to pull this thing off safely. Please bear with us.
