Update on tickets for C103: Overall ticketing will be similar to C102, requiring everybody to purchase a ticket or wristband. Full details will be announced first half of November and ticket sales is planned to start around beginning of December.

For international e-tickets (eplus) to be changed to AM wristbands on-site, the exchange will now start at 8:00 at a more convenient location close to the Rinkai-Line station. No more going all the way to East Parking. Details on eplus will be announced once start comes closer.

There should be plenty of wristbands on eplus, but the number is still limited due to capacity of the waiting lines. If you absolutely must secure one, we recommend doing so in the next days and not last-minute.

As the on-site exchange will only start at 8:00, you need get a wristband directly at an store before the event, if you wish to queue up earlier. It will be freezingly cold to wait for many hours outside, so that is only for those experienced ones who know what they are doing.

Please note, even with a wristband, it is NOT ALLOWED TO WAIT OVERNIGHT near the venue. Doing so is a serious public safety issue and personal health risk, without any real benefit. You will not be much faster inside than those arriving in the morning.

To clarify: the eplus e-tickets can only be exchanged to wristbands on-site on the day of the ticket. They can’t be exchanged at stores. Their sale is intended for those who can’t go to the stores due to living outside of Japan.

However, please note that while the UI is in English, names and descriptions of most circles are in Japanese, as input by the circles. Still, just browsing by genre hopefully helps finding your very own treasure. More features and languages are targeted for future release.
