Update: Patreon lost. The judge applied well-established law and denied Patreon's motion / sided against them in their lawsuit against Owen Benjamin fans. Patreon will now be forced to arbitrate 100+ claims, and pay up front fees of up to $10,000 per arbitration. twitter.com/Cernovich/stat…

And please, make pixiv know you are using their platform because of the freedom they offer Enty was a Japanese platform similar to patreon, when western users starting using their service they started banning content based on western sensibilities. An terrible idea

@BepDelta Have you read pixiv's terms of service ? It's not much different or better. Check fanbox's subsection "Article 7. Posting". They mostly ignore it for the time being, but .... just don't be surprised one day.

@msoltyspl They enforce that rule, but it's meant to comply with japanese law, by obscene they basically mean genitals, that's why you have to censor your works to post them on pixiv

@BepDelta I didn't mean that part (and that can be easily workarounded by creators, as long as pixiv doesn't start screening offsite stuff). I mean the other parts, that basically state they can ban anything at any time for whatever reasons.
