日韓平和協定後に日本が韓国に支払った金額を英語で説明。しかし、実際には日本は日韓保護条約締結前の1904年から大金を朝鮮半島に貸し付けている。第二次世界大戦後、対韓請求権も行使していない。(インドはイギリスへ、インドネシアはオランダへそれぞれ支払っている)
