Kyoto Kaikan rebuilding plan～
Although the inspection of Kyoto involving inspection of world heritage authorization was offered on February , its reply has not been sent after all, and further, they(Kyoto City) explained about it on September and said, "ICOMOS inspected without asking us" .

Architecture meeting convention PD
Thank you, everyone [ who came "revolving communication of evaluation-preservation of modernism architecture" ].
The utterance from the more general ones, such as a talk which was having the meeting of a full moon held in Kyoto Kaikan, was also obtained, and it became a very significant meeting.
I think the Kyoto Kaikan has been provided rich space for citizens.

Stalls are really precious historical witness which have been persisted since the Meiji era, but some called them"vested rights" and blames. It is just like the Kyoto municipal government doing against Kyoto Kaikan at present.
They don’t care even if they are regard to be as terroristic by ICOMOS.
