515人の男子大学生から収集されたデータは強姦及び強姦性癖とほぼあらゆる形態のポルノグラフィーの使用と強い２変量の関係を示した。多変量解析では、性的強制及び攻撃は、強姦性癖と同様に、ハードコアの暴力的及び強姦ポルノグラフィーともっとも強い相関がある事が示された。

非暴力的なハードコアポルノグラフィーへの曝露は他の変数との関係を示さなかった。ソフトコアポルノグラフィーへの曝露は、性的暴力及び非暴力的な強制行為の可能性と正の相関があり、しかし強姦の可能性及び実際の強姦行為とは負の相関があった。
