@ebijun Is there a website/forum where Rust on NetBSD/arm development takes place?
2018-02-27 08:51:08@cr1901 I dont know, need bootstrap compiler request to rust community,
2018-02-27 08:55:31@ebijun cc: @eddyb_r or @steveklabnik Who should we ask re: bootstrapping Rust to a new target?
2018-02-27 08:59:49@cr1901 @ebijun @steveklabnik Depends, does cross-compilation from x64 linux work already? If so, the infra team, maybe? If not, someone needs to get that working first.
2018-02-27 09:01:55@cr1901 I should make py35 package.with PYTHON_VERSION_DEFAULT=35 in /etc/mk.conf
2018-02-27 09:04:06@eddyb_r @ebijun @steveklabnik (I don't know enough- i.e. any- Japanese to understand the original tweet :P, and auto-translate didn't help :)...)
2018-02-27 09:06:04@eddyb_r nobody try to crossbuild NetBSD/earmv7hf rust binary from x64 linux,I think.
2018-02-27 09:09:26@eddyb_r @cr1901 @ebijun @steveklabnik @jakllsch this might be a good place to start :-) github.com/rust-lang/rust… netbsd/arm has extra work troublesome on toolchains, I'm told because of the non-standard exception handling choice (DWARF instead of EHABI), I'm guessing that is what needs to be solved
2018-02-27 09:10:40@kittenpies3 @eddyb_r @ebijun @steveklabnik @jakllsch The Kitten Which Also A Pie comes thru once again w/ NetBSD help :D!
