ソレイマニ暗殺は議会の承認なしに行われたことを疑問視する民主党のマーフィー上院議員。でも、クッズ部隊は以前からテロ組織に認定されていたので、議会の承認なしに攻撃することはできると解釈できるはず。もっとも2001年や2002年のAUMFが有効かどうかは議論の余地がありそうだが。 twitter.com/ChrisMurphyCT/…

イラン本国に影響のあるような形の報復よりは、イラク国内の米軍を標的にした報復となるのではないかと思うが、この辺は全くわからない。

ただ、イランが報復したくても、その主力となるクッズ部隊の司令官を失っているので報復能力も限定的。クッズ部隊がソレイマニ抜きでどのくらいできるのかは未知数。
