豪図書館協会のチェックリストとレポートのタイトルに「図書館の “New Normal’」が入っているのもポイント。以前のサービスに戻るのがゴールではない。新しい普通に移行する。現金授受から電子マネーに、とか、日本なら電子書籍とか。それを行動制限解除前に検討するのが #図書館の再開は計画的に 。

実は、オーストラリアに限らず、新しいフェーズにうつるという考え方・サービスをするところが多いようです。とにかく開けなきゃ、と思うその前に、「新型コロナウイルス感染症対応地方創生臨時交付金（仮称）」kantei.go.jp/jp/singi/tiiki… などの活用も考えられたらいいなと思います。

事前準備……「5月1日の時点で、（豪）政府はサービスの制限を緩和する計画を開始しており、ノーザンテリトリー州は5月15日からの公共図書館サービスの再開を発表しています。私たちは、図書館がいつサービスの制限を緩和し、完全に再開できるか、今後数週間でより明確になると予想しています。」
