@EAHelp spent £187 on Fifa points on Fifa 21. My account was hacked on Sunday 4th October, all my players were sold. Went on live chat for 3 hours got a case reference number but heard nothing since and they said they would email soon. Not happy.

@EAHelp Stressful! account was hacked and had a stolen credit card buy £300 worth of Fifa points. I get my account back with support unable to remove the stolen card as is had a pending transaction. Pending transaction fails and now my account is banned and under review?Any help?

@EAHelp my account got hacked i spent about £500 on fifa points and there’s no option to call or live chat which you guys replied i would need to contact on call for help in an email back, and now my accounts been transfer banned also.

@EAHelp My son's Xbox account was hacked last night and whoever did it (amongst other things) sold all of his Ultimate Team players/spent his coins. We have regained access to the email/account now and have a crime reference number. Is there any way you can help please?

Mein Fifa Account wurde dieses Jahr gehackt in dem mehr als 400€ stecken ich konnte allerdings weiterspielen und habe auch nicht alles verloren weil ea Sicherheits Lücken in meinem Konto entdeckt hat wurde es jetzt deaktiviert und 1/x
