Why is Russia bringing so much equipment to Artsakh? The Russians are bringing in offensive and electronic warfare equipment to Artsakh although the signed agreement does not list any of them because the Russians have experience with the Turks in Syria and they don't trust them.

Chances of a reignition of the conflict. These chances depend on the political development in Armenia. At the moment there is some sort of a stable ceasefire as Russians deploy and the fighting sides pull the bodies of their killed troops.This agreement is not a final solution..

..and today's extension of the evacuation deadline for Armenian troops and citizens from Karvachar by 10 days is an indicator. It could go either way in the coming days depending on the political situation in Armenia, which is far from being stable.

11 One more point about the handover of Kelbajar today. It was the capture of Kelbajar in 1993, followed by the first UNSC resolution on NK, that caused Turkey to close the border with Armenia.
