Your "influence" on Twitter and in turn how likely your tweets are to be seen is heavily determined by the quality of users you interact with Interact with low quality accounts with bad follower/following ratios and are marked as spam/nsfw/bots/toxic, you get penalized pic.twitter.com/9FPUtZ5LgA

1. Candidate sources（タイムラインに載る候補群） フォロー内外の物が半々程度になるように、TLに載る候補ツイートが1,500個ほど抽出されるそうです。 皆さんも感じている通り、今のTLはフォロー内外のツイートが入り乱れてますよね。この工程によるものです。 これが第一段階。 pic.twitter.com/cp33dKZV0s

2. Ranking（ツイートのランク付け） 先ほど抽出された1,500個ほどの候補ツイート群ですが、ランク付け前は一律で公平に扱われるとのこと。 そして、エンゲージメント（いいね/RT/リプ）を最適化するような形で、4,800万個のパラメータを持つニューラルネットワークによりランク付けされるそうです。 pic.twitter.com/u0yZKBgFhO
