スパイクタンパク質の断片を抗原提示した細胞がキラーT細胞に攻撃されることに加えてスパイクタンパク質を全長で発現しているため、スパイクのかなりの部分が細胞膜に局在します。それに初回接種で誘導された抗体が結合しNK細胞と補体が細胞を殺傷します。この方式は根本的に間違いです。
