@Superasil @SlyPerformer Nope. The police and the judges must follow the actual law. The decisions of Corte di Cassazione can be used only for similar istances. If you have only 2D material, is a totally different thing not contemplated by the actual law.

いや、警察と裁判官は実際の法律に準じなければならない。Corte Di Cassazioneの判決は似た事件にしか使えない。二次元オンリーなら法律に定められたものとは全く別のなにかだ。

@nichegamer No we did not, common law is not a thing here and laws are barely enforced. No one is taking this seriously in Italy, I’ve only seen foreigners make a big deal out of it.
