SERVO-MECHANISM is the only tool to control a system while it is in a dynamic state. A COMPANY can be considered a system.

A SERVO-MECHANISM (SM) reads the output of the system and adjusts the input to optimize the performance (or just keep it stable).

When a SM reads the output and uses it to adjust the input, that process is called Feed-back. Sometimes SM is called a Feed-Back System.

Timing of reading feedback and applying control is very important. In a rocket you may need to measure it each milli-second.

In an revolving disk (record player) it could be every second. In a company it could be several hours. It must be measured it consistently.
