She says she doesn’t hire white people because they’re unsafe and it’s hard to work with them and only hires people of color. Is this @CliffhangerDevs’s official policy?

So, painting all white people with the same brush seems fine to the girl in the video. We had a term for such a behavior, it was "Racism". Maybe instead of using this word for "microaggressions" we could use it to describe hiring people on the base of the color of their skin. x.com/Grummz/status/…
