BGG goes on to state that evidence of their non-discriminatory hiring practices is "readily available and easily searchable." So I did some searches for BGG and "hiring policy" or "consultant" and was not able to find anything. In fact, the website has no published hiring policy that I could find. In fact, job posting listing are PASSWORD protected, and require that you first reach out to BGG to obtain access. BGG's own website claims to be 100% Minority Operated. I've seen "Minority Owned" but what does Minority Operated mean? It is unclear if they mean 100% of management, or 100% of all staff: The 100% Minority operated claim, the SEALED job board, and the lack of a hiring policy on the website seem to contradict their claims of their hiring practices being "readily available and easily searchable." BGG is a Consulting Company founded by Jay-Ann Lopez, and works as a consultant with gaming companies to "Change the way people think about gaming." They have worked with numerous gaming companies including Meta, Ubisoft, and Square Enix, where they consulted on the doomed Forsaken title. Forsaken was a game that tanked so hard, that Square-Enix had to close the studio. BGG is so upset, that they are now threatening to sue ANYONE who shares the information in That Park Place's article or disseminates it in any way. So will they prevail? (con't)

「マイノリティ所有」は見たことがあるが、「マイノリティ運営」とはどういう意味なのだろうか？経営陣の100％という意味なのか、全スタッフの100％という意味なのかは不明だ。
100％マイノリティ運営という謳い文句、閉ざされた求人掲示板、ウェブサイト上の採用ポリシーの欠如は、 「簡単に検索して入手可能」との主張と矛盾しているように思える。
では、【社名】とは何者なのか？
【社名】はジェイ・アン・ロペスによって設立されたコンサルティング会社。同社は 「人々のゲームに対する考え方を変える」ために、ゲーム会社のコンサルタントとして活動している。
Meta、Ubisoft、スクウェア・エニックスなど数多くのゲーム会社と仕事をしており、その中で彼らは、運命に翻弄された『フォーセイクン』というタイトルのコンサルティングを行った。フォーセイクンはスクウェア・エニックスが制作スタジオを閉鎖せざるを得なかった状況に追い込んだ大爆死をしたゲームだ。
非常に憤慨しており、That Park Placeの記事の情報を共有したり、何らかの形で広めたりした人は誰でも訴えると脅している。
さて、彼女らは勝てるのだろうか？

I am not an attorney, so the following is an opinion. It is my opinion that defamation cases are *very* difficult to prove in general, especially against a journalist. The news outlet here is not even claiming the discriminatory hiring as fact, but speculation, which would put it under editorializing. Threatening to sue any gamer who spreads the article is, obviously, an intimidation tactic, designed to scare and silence anyone who might be critical of BGG with tenuous legal basis. BGGs are bullies and oppressors, seeking to hide, once again, from their actions and to silence anyone who gets in their way. Their threats and intimidation tactics are disgusting and should not be tolerated. They are afraid.
