2019-08-06 23:47:37#SingularityBiology 3日目 TIRF 一分子イメージングの自動化 (AiSIS) →可視化したのはEGFR →顕微鏡のデータ取得プロセスの内、フォーカス調整・細胞の認識・薬剤添加のパートが自動化されていた。(サンプル調整も今後まほろ等で自動化したいとのこと) データ解析に関してはまた明日
