Practice of Teaching Japanese to Those Who Come from Other Cultures

When I see a foreign person studying Japanese, I can't help supporting him/her because of my personality. If I could have another chance to teach Japanese, I'd add the conversation to this list from now on.

@itsmeZnarf do u mean 'it's very hot here in Iloilo'? Then, this is better. ここはとても暑い(あつい)です。暑いis only for the hot temperature.

前からひっかかっていたのだが、「私は」は文の主語ではないんだよね。国文法の立場からすると、主格を表す「が」「の」を伴った「私が」「僕の」だけが自称(一人称とは呼ばない)の主語。個人的にはリンク先のNo.1の回答が好きです。 http://t.co/036xPvGO

@itsmeZnarf Do u know about the basic form of verbs in Japanese? All of them have one vowel 'u' in common with the last character of them.

@itsmeZnarf うたがう、はぶく、かくす、うつ、しぬ、なじむ、はしるetc. No exception. The basic form of verbs always ends with u sound in Japanese.

@itsmeZnarf I think the meaning of each word is like a cloud, not in a small point. Some part of the cloud shares that of another language.
