@skdmai つまり、欧米の学会だと大学図書館からOUPに流れ込んだ資金が多少は学会の活動に還元されているようなのですが、もし、日本の学術研究活動にはあまりそれが還元されていなかったとすると、日本がOAに力を入れるべき理由の一つのなるのではないかという話です。
